@SnotRockets55 I forgot about this?! eep…

I said “Tropical is best, period, as far as natal charts”? I referred to psychology — our ego-relation to our living, minute-to-minute world — which changes (and changes us) with its seasons, a.k.a., its Tropics.

Sidereal (Vedic, basically) gives a picture of our spirits when not bound to Earth conditions (people, structures, societies, seasons). So many choices — Draconic, Heliocentric, Vedic, Hellenistic, Uranian, ad nauseam — I forsake none.

@typhoonjax Bad idea to start conversations here, lol. I’ll try to clarify, once and for all.

Sidereal, for soul-study, is also there; nicely considered *with* a Tropical. I might then layer the 2 over the Heliocentric POV: Seasons, within Earth-seen constellations, within the Solar System: Different physical perspectives of the same time & space.

We’re not just a Tropical radix, a Sidereal, or a Heliocentric. All physical viewpoints are to be observed — but holistically, please.

It starts over again and every thing re-lines. Makes sense, everything is cyclical in nature. Mindless skeptic is mindless skeptic.

@the0fart0machine – you haven’t shut up with your bullshit so why should I change my opinion on it all.

the0fart0machine:

@zzytrewq Mine is evidence, your is just a stupid personal opinion.

zzytrewq:

@the0fart0machine – Iread somewhere that “evidence and facts” are not able to be used in the same sentence as “astrology”. Say no more.

@the0fart0machine – What has evolution got to do with the topic at hand? Don’t tell me you’re one of the creationist loons. Oh well there goes any chance of a serious dicussion.

the0fart0machine:

@zzytrewq Try evolution was a way of saying you have zero knowledge about astrology therefore must suck up to evolution.

@the0fart0machine

Hey mate instead of going on about how astrology is real why not prove it? There would be a million US dollars in it for ya, plus you’d be able to tell everyone you were the first guy to scientifically prove astrology.

I wish you the best of luck, I think you’ll need it.

@DistinctiveBlend @DistinctiveBlend…..Plenty of people better than myself have proved the validity of astrology. The problem lies in the bias and prejudice in the scientific community. Do you honestly believe that the materialistic science community would let astrology muscle in on there domain. The question is not

DistinctiveBlend:

@the0fart0machine
I’m rather found of the scientific method. I honestly believe that if astrology was ‘put to the test’ and survived the onslaught of peer review and double blind testing then it would be accepted as a scientific.

I don’t believe scientists around the world are colluding against astrology, or that the scientific community is in some giant conspiracy against astrology. What would they gain from that? Do you honestly believe that?

btw calling science materialistic is redundant.

May 13th, 2010 | 6:42 pm
the0fart0machine:

@DistinctiveBlend Yes, the scientific community is a closed shop. No room for astrology. Its not just astrology. Say anything negative about evolution and the verbal attacks would be started by Dawkins and his mates. Ancient history, ancient man. If it doesn’t agree with their literature. The missiles are launched immediately. There are researchers who have done some good research into astrology. The science folk poo poo the research at any chance.

DistinctiveBlend:

@the0fart0machine

You’re welcome to posit ideas within science but to be taken seriously requires evidence. I think the main problem with astrology is that it seems to lack a testable mechanism. How could we falsify the claims? What sort of tests would we use? Can it be falsified?
These need to be addressed for astrology to return to the sciences.

Are you able to provide links to this research? And would it be considered scientific?

Why bring evolution into this? — It’s a proven science.

May 14th, 2010 | 6:49 pm
the0fart0machine:

@DistinctiveBlend …Evolutionists are promoting a new definition of the term “science” that would make astrology a legitimate science. Astrology by is its nature cannot be boxed in as a science or art. Any subject can be falsified. The problem isn’t the research into astrology. Its how this evidence is handled by material scientists. Evolution is not a proven science.

JazySnatch:

sceince isnt even a real science…people dont even know what the fuck there talking about….every concept introduced in science always has the word THEORY BEHIND IT! Do any of you even know what that word means…it means its a concept that is most likely true but is not PROVEN in full…..DUH.

amandaameyers:

Astrologers use the axis of the earth as the basis of this TRUE science. The sign Aries has nothing to do with the constellation. The day the Vernal Equinox takes place is the start of Aries. Science: Day and night are in equality: First degree of Aries.

May 22nd, 2010 | 3:17 pm
GeminiPrimeX:

@JazySnatch Yes. Theory means a body of knowledge, information, observations, data, tests and predictions that explain a natural phenomena. For instance, the theory of gravity explains why things fall down on our planet. I suspect that you are confusing the word theory for hypothesis. A very common mistake.

I had an Indian numerolgoist describe my gf at the time in great detail. He also told me that she was spending time with “unclean individuals”. He even told me I was workin in supplies at the time, and yes, I was a supply tech for a hospital. And about 2 months or so after the read, I found out my gf had been cheating on me…I even met the guy, in fact I ended up working with him a few years later. True story.

zzytrewq:

@SombrasDeLosMuertos – you can believe what you like. People who in believe superstitions don’t want to question their beliefs or listen to reason. You sound like you make the reading fit the outcomes.
