No. But I do think that judging the compatibility of two people based on their sun signs alone isn't going to work all that well. You need to look at the entire charts of both people involved to get an accurate take on what kind of compatibility there's going to be. References :

If you mean "Capricorn goes with Taurus but not with Libra" then yes it's complete BS.
However, if you use astrology for your full synastry and composite chart, I believe you will find it very enlightening. It's not about being "compatible", but about how to make the relationship you have together WORK. It is practical and realistic, not idealistic.
For example, did you know that the most "compatible" looking relationships on paper rarely last more than a few months? Compatibility is not what holds people together. References : It's my specialty
