Coincidence or is it something you think you should look into?
Pure coincidence. My partner is the sign that I should get on with the least.

True. Astrology is a science, no matter what other people think. It's not a belief. We all have certain similar traits that define our signs.

I turn to a horoscope explanation when things are not or have not worked out. I do not choose someone based on likely compatibility based on the horoscopes. I am a Cancer in the cusp of Leo. Had a terrible marriage to a Taurus, a wonderful one with another Cancer. Have a roller-coaster on and off relationship now with a Libra.
Each has some reason based on the horoscopes I have researched.

Absolutely this is something you should look into. Skeptics of course, are often ignorant enough to believe that your sun sign is the only planet to analyze in a horoscope. This is like saying oranges are the only fruit in the fruit pantheon and one should base all your beliefs on the analyzing of an orange.
There are several different forms of astrological compatibility, one of which is synastry, where you compare all the components in your chart, to all the components in another persons chart. This would include all 12 planets (including Moon, Ceres, and newly Eris), and analyzing where these land in each others horoscope. This provides enormous insight into why two people correspond.
Another form is called the composite chart, this is where you take both charts and combine them together into one chart. This describes, with uncanny accuracy, the "relationship" as an entity on its own.
I would encourage that you investigate every aspect of astrology, it will help you become a much more rounded individual and provide you with more meaning towards your relationships.

i dont think its true i think that people are different what works for one might not work for the other i think that you should look within yourself . what are YOU lookin for? or what will best fit YOU. you know,thats a very interesting question!

Astrological , not horoscope, compatibility works very well and extremely precise. It's easy for the skeptic to say this and say that but that's because they don't know the subject and have the guts to post a comment .
Do a little research among your friends for the fun of it and then, come back to this section and post a question in reference to this.
There's enough bashing without adding fuel to the fire.
