Dog / Dragon chinese horoscope relationship compatibility?

Hello
I’m here looking for some relationship success stories regarding couples with chinese horoscopes in the year of the dog and dragon.
Currently I’m dating a guy born in the year of the dragon – I’m born in the year of the dog.
I’ve done extensive web searches on dog/dragon compatibilities and every website suggests against the union – so I’m looking to hear about some happy, healthy and productive dog/dragon relationships!

Well, I’m a dragon and my boyfriend is a tiger… they advise against that pairing very strongly as well. We’ve been together for a long time, though we are both very strong-minded and dominant people as our chinese zodiacs would indicate.
When they tell you to steer clear of dragons/dogs or whatever, they just mean that certain traits you guys have will not mesh harmoniously. But I think this is rather meaningless, in my opinion, because sometimes it’s better to have a challenge and no relationship is perfect anyway.
You have a lot of influences on you and your boyfriend in your western astrological charts as well that influence your relationship. You also have your own free will and your own mind. It’s fine to believe in astrology, but don’t let it make your opinions biased before you experience things for yourself.
